Custom
Just for you.
Unlike mass-produced pieces, custom jewelry holds sentimental value, often commemorating special moments, milestones, or relationships. The ability to choose every detail—from gemstones and metals to design elements—makes the piece a one-of-a-kind work of art. Let's make you something beautiful.
Our Process
-
2. Your Vibe.
We meet virtually or in-person to kick off your project and discuss design, budget, and style preferences for your piece. After this meeting, we send you a summary report along with a price estimate and next steps.
-
3. A Deposit.
Once you’ve placed your initial deposit and officially started your custom jewelry project with us, we’ll begin by brainstorming ideas to bring your one-of-a-kind design to life.
-
4. Perfect Design.
After developing a design concept for your special jewelry, we’ll create a 3D model using computer-aided design (CAD) software. We will share renderings of this model for your approval.
-
5. Let's Create.
Once we receive your final approval for the custom design, the crafting process for your bespoke jewelry begins. Using advanced 3D printing technology, your CAD file is transformed into a wax model, which is then used to cast your piece.
-
6. You're Finshed.
Our trusted jewelers carefully assemble the casting into your dream piece of jewelry. Each stone is meticulously hand-set, any special engraving requests are completed, and your custom jewelry is ready to make its journey home to you.
What Feeds Us.

Custom FAQ
What is CAD?
CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is a technology used by designers and engineers to create detailed, precise digital models of products, including jewelry. In jewelry design, CAD software allows the designer to create 3D renderings of a piece, showcasing intricate details, proportions, and textures. This digital model can be rotated, adjusted, and viewed from all angles, giving both the designer and the client a realistic preview of the final piece before it's made. Once the design is approved, CAD files can be used to produce the jewelry through processes like 3D printing and casting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the production. LOBAS founder, Alison, is a graduate of Jewelry Design and Technology from GIA, where she studied CAD full time making her a CAD designer and expert herself.
How long will the process take?
The timeline depends on how quickly we can meet, finalize a design, and approve the CAD renderings. Each CAD revision typically adds about one week to the process. Once the initial design is approved, you can expect an average lead time of around six weeks for production completion.
Can I use my own stones?
Client provided gemstones may be accepted at our discretion. If you would like to use a pre-owned or already purchased stone, we will approve on a case-by-case basis. A more thorough policy on client provided stones can be found in our custom design policy.
Do you offer a warranty?
Custom clients will receive complementary repair
work for any damages on your purchased items for one year from purchase date, so long as the damage did not result from unusual or extreme wear or use (including but not
limited to loss in drain disposal, catching on something, hit on something, lost at sea,
run over by car, etc. and other acts of nature or other tools of man). The center (largest) stone is not covered via the warranty.
Do you offer returns?
Because customs are made to order - we don't offer returns.
Are international orders accepted?
Yes, but allow 8-9 weeks for international orders instead of the standard 6. Taxes are not collected from international customers, but import fees or taxes that your country requires are the clients responsibility.
Will you re-create another designers work?
Absolutely not. As an independent designer, we believe in respecting the creativity and hard work of others. Integrity is at the core of what we do, and we uphold the highest standards of originality and ethics in the jewelry industry.
